Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package directly on the carrier's site.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they enter the fulfillment pipeline and we can't make changes. Contact us at team@velvet-riot.madethis.app as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at team@velvet-riot.madethis.app with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions within 1–2 business days.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return and inspect it (1–3 business days), refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Email us at team@velvet-riot.madethis.app with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right.
Products & Sizing
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a sizing guide. When in doubt, size up — our alt fashion pieces are often worn oversized for maximum attitude.
Are your products true to size?
Most items run true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description. Check each listing for any specific fit notes.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
We restock popular items regularly. Email team@velvet-riot.madethis.app to be added to the restock notification list for a specific item.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but it's on our radar. In the meantime, every order ships in packaging worthy of the recipient.
